Despite the events that have come to the surface this year we could not be more thankful for the sustained health of our son Julian. We have been blessed in more ways that I can ever remember. Nicole and I are so grateful for our family and friends. This year we have added to our table the amazing people at Children's Hospital, the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, and the University of Washington Medical Center. Without you we just don't know where we would be. You have been a deep rudder for us during the past 7 months, and I do not know how we can ever repay the love, support, and compassion that you have given to Julian (and us). We are thankful beyond words. I do not know how to find the words that can create the meaning that I have in my heart.
